Cast resin transformers
Cast resin transformer offers a safer and easier solution for the customer as there is a lower fire potential and a reduction in maintenance requirements. As the high voltage windings are encapsulated, the transformers are totally screened against moisture, dust and industrial waste common in heavily polluted environments.
The result is greater installability, flexibility and a maintenance free lifecycle. Cast Resin Transformers are commonly used for distribution power grids.

ACCESSORIES UPON REQUEST
ELECTRONIC CENTER FOR PTC THERMOSDS PTC
Allows connection of PTC probes. It is equipped with special relè with warning signals and release. An auxiliary contact allows to control any ventilation kit. The said control unit is supplied loose to be wired on the customer’s panel.
PROTECTION BOX
They allow to install cast resin transformers indoor and outdoor with a maximum degree of IP54 protection. Cooling can be done with natural or forced air. Protective boxes can be designed according to customer specifications with cable entry from above or below or with boxes on both side. Various painting allow installation on more environments (C5-M High) or less polluting (C2-M).
INFRARED SENSORS
They allow temperature detection in high-voltage resin windings. Connect to the control unit to display the temperature.
OVERRANTS DRAWERS
Applied on transformer terminals allow protection from external phenomena such as overvoltages or atmospheric impulses.
PT100 THERMOSTATING ELECTRONIC CENTRAL
It allows connection of max n. 4 thermocouples PT100 and displays the temperature. It is predisposed with special relè with warning signals and release. An auxiliary contact allows to control any ventilation kit. The said control unit is supplied loose to be wired on the customer’s panel.
THERMOMETER WITH DIAL
It can usually be placed on the BT central winding but can be installed on each resin transformer BT face. Measures the temperature and transmits warning signals and release thanks to special pointers on the dial.
PT 100 THERMORESISTANCES
They allow logging of windings and core and remote transmission of data.
PTC THERMAL PROBES
They allow a system to signal a prefixed threshold. It is necessary to have a set of PTC.
