Trafo Elettro has supplied n.1 cast resin transformer 2000kVA to the copper mine El Teniente, located 50 kilometers from the city of Rancagua – Chile.

El Teniente is the largest copper mine in the world. It began to be exploited in 1904 and already has more than 3.000 kilometers of underground tunnels.

Summer closure

Trafo Elettro will be closed for the summer holidays
from 10 to 21 August 2026.
We will reopen on Monday 25 August.
